Our bar packages are designed to make hosting effortless, elevated, and personal. Whether you need a simple hosted bar, a signature cocktail moment, or a full cocktail-forward experience, we bring the service, preparation, and hospitality that make every pour feel intentional.

Host provides alcohol. The Tolliver House provides the bar service, mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, prep, setup support, and hospitality.
Essential
Simple, polished bar service for casual gatherings.
​
Best For: Casual parties, backyard celebrations, beer and wine service, seltzer bars, open houses, graduation parties, and simple hosted bars.
​
Includes: Beer, wine, seltzers, and traditional two-ingredient mixed drinks like vodka soda, gin and tonic, rum and Coke, whiskey ginger, tequila soda.
​
The Tolliver House Provides: Mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, and basic bar supplies.
​
Host Provides: Alcohol.
Rate: $60/hr.
All event quotes include two additional hours to account for setup and breakdown: one hour before service and one hour after service.

Bar Supply + Prep Fee (Deposit):
$125 up to 50 guests + $1.50 per guest over 50

You want the bar handled beautifully without needing a full cocktail menu.
Signature
A more elevated bar experience with a featured cocktail moment.

Best For: Weddings, milestone birthdays, engagement parties, private events, showers, and celebrations where you want something more personal.

Includes: Everything in Essential, plus one signature cocktail from The Tolliver House menu.

The Tolliver House Provides: Mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, bar basics, and preparation for your selected signature cocktail.

Host Provides: Alcohol.
Rate: $85/hr.
All event quotes include two additional hours to account for setup and breakdown: one hour before service and one hour after service.

$175 up to 50 guests + $2.00 per guest over 50

You want an easy, elevated package with one memorable cocktail that reflects your event.
Elite
A cocktail-forward experience for celebrations that deserve the full treatment.

Best For: Premium weddings, cocktail-forward events, corporate celebrations, private dinners, bourbon-forward gatherings, and high-touch hosted experiences.

Includes: Everything in Essential, plus three signature cocktails from The Tolliver House menu.

The Tolliver House Provides: Mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, bar basics, and preparation for your selected signature cocktail menu.

Host Provides: Alcohol.
Rate: $110/hr.
All event quotes include two additional hours to account for setup and breakdown: one hour before service and one hour after service.

Bar Supply + Prep Fee (Deposit):
$225 up to 50 guests + $3.00 per guest over 50

Best Choice If:
You want the bar to feel like a true centerpiece of the event.
Add-Ons
Custom Cocktail Curation: A custom designed cocktail created around the clients' taste, event theme, colors, season, or personality. Must be an upgrade within Signature or Elite package. $100 per cocktail.
​
Additional Bar Staff: Additional bartender or service support when the guest count, venue flow, or drink menu requires more hands behind the bar. $150 per additional staff member.
​
Extended Service Time: Additional active service time when the event requires coverage beyond the originally booked window, subject to the 8-hour event maximum. Billed at the selected package hourly rate * 1.5.
​
Specialty Ingredients / Premium Garnishes: For elevated ingredients, specialty syrups, premium garnishes, or non-standard supplies outside the baseline mixer/garnish set. Custom quote plus prep consideration.
​
Travel Fee: Events 15+ miles outside of our service radius are subject to $1.50 per mile cost.
​
Premium Glassware: Glassware rental available through preferred partners. Custom quote upon request.
